The Eats and Beats event will consist of four floors of delectable food, sweets and cocktails while guests dance to live musical entertainment curated by world renowned DJ Irie who hand-selected a diverse ensemble of bands and DJ’s, and will DJ himself as well.  Eats and Beats will benefit the Irie Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in South Florida with a mission to aid youth and improve graduation rate.
Banah Sugar carries an array of products in different textures and flavors, including the traditional Refined White Sugar, as well as an unrefined and more natural alternative which is labeled as “Special White Sugar”.  The product line also includes Raw Brown Turbinado Sugar, Organic Sugar and Confectioners’ Sugar.
Banah Sugar began producing their “signature” Liquid Sugar in their state-of-the-art warehouse and packaging plant located in Hialeah, Florida, via a proprietary technological process resulting in a sucrose solution derived from dissolved cane sugar.  Available in both the original “All Natural” and the recently developed “Organic” (Organic Certified) version, the Liquid Sugar is produced in an array of delicious natural extract flavors – Original, Vanilla, Maple, Hazelnut and Blueberry, with others soon to be formulated.
This product may also be used as syrup over pancakes or waffles as a healthier alternative to syrups containing high-fructose corn-syrup, or it may be introduced to any other food that requires a touch of sweetness, with the option of simultaneously adding a hint of flavor.
