HAVE YOU HEARD OF BANAH’S “NEW BEGINNINGS”… A MISSION WITH A COMPANY?

We’re not a company with a mission; But, rather, a mission with a company. Our focus is to redefine thePeopleProcess, and Product concept with our three-fold mission, “New Beginnings“:
  • People: we focus on individuals in search of New Beginnings.
  • Process: expand the business as a platform to deliver career development and educational programs.
  • Product: shall be consistent with our goal of a better world; shall build, not destroy, and be health oriented.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life in our society by impacting the community with our positive message and initiatives while offering the finest products.
A 2010 survey by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) revealed that a whopping 92% of responding employers conducted criminal records checks on at least some job candidates, and 73% said that they conducted criminal records checks on all candidates. Although some employers disqualify applicants and employees only for certain offenses, many more simply refuse to consider any applicant who has a criminal record, period.
This practice has curtailed job opportunities for millions of people. The National Employment Law Project estimates that 65 million adults in the U.S. – about one in four – have criminal records.
Banah means and stands for “New Beginnings”. We exemplify our mission of transforming the lives of the less fortunate by embracing their past and providing them with the tools to champion their future. Through educational programs and career development opportunities, we support them in their quest for a better life. Find out more at facebook.banahsugar.com.
In November 2012, Banah CEO Yurek Vazquez launched a company-wide restructuring which included an entirely new administration team to lead the company into the future with better management, better marketing, better operations, better production, and outstanding sales. Since then, Banah managed to grow its market share by over 2100%, reduced its operating costs by 48% and turn its 300,000 sq. ft. headquarters and warehousing facility into a well-equipped manufacturing and packaging plant with a production capacity of over 42 million units per year.
Achievements:
-Natural Liquid Sugar Syrup -reduced caloric content from 17 to 16 calories.
-Added the Blueberry flavored Liquid Sugar Syrup to our line for a total of 5 deliciously crafted flavors.
-Added Banah Zero calorie -No Bitter Aftertaste – Stevia.

-Added Winn-Dixie and Dollar Tree to our valuable list of partner-clients.
-Market share growth of over 2100% for the period Nov. 2012 – March 2014.
Immediate goals
-Continue redefining the people, process, product concept with our three-fold mission (see our mission statement), and grow market share by duplicating our success with a push and pull sales model by partnering with the right distributor.
-Launch our revamped marketing model.
-Continue educating consumers on the benefits of using our Natural Cane Liquid Sugar Syrup. With only 16 calories and its multipurpose use in hot and cold foods and beverages, our liquid sugar eliminates the concern associated with the consumption of products containing HFCS (high fructose corn syrup). Banah is Non GMO and Gluten Free. Our products are All Natural and Organic.
-Hit the 35,000 stores mark by Q2.
Your partnership with Banah contributes to this ongoing mission and further reinforces our simple declaration that “Every Life Counts” and “Everyone Deserves a Second Chance”.
So, from the entire Banah Family, THANK YOU for becoming our partner in this amazing journey!
